Maintenance & Support

We provide customers with ‘application’ maintenance and support via an appropriate contract or Service Level Agreement. The customer selects which of the support services on offer they wants to acquire within a scalable support package to suit their needs. We will typically ensure that our customer's environment and/or product/s function as per the specified needs and requirements. We have a helpdesk to facilitate the logging, assignment, escalation and general management of service related calls.
